Having trouble entering your account?
Make sure that you are entering your username and password by choosing the Sign-in button under the Author heading (and not as a publisher).
Make sure that you are entering your username and password exactly as they appear on your account confirmation (exactly as you entered them during your set-up). These identifiers are case-sensitive.
If you are entering your username and password correctly and continue to “loop” back to the the sign-in screen to re-enter your information, try clearing your cache within your computer’s memory to ensure that your system is not incorrectly remembering a previous visit to the site.
Lost information after completing the proposal form?
Make sure to choose the Save and Preview button at the bottom of the proposal screen at the close of your work session and every so often (recommended every 30 minutes) during a long work session. This will prevent you from losing the information you are typing into the proposal form.
Once you choose the Save and Preview button, your work will be saved and you will be taken to the ‘finished’ screen where you can proof your work and choose from the options listed at the bottom of the screen for submission or save for completion.
